Once we have your MC, insurance, W-9, and equipment details, we can typically start presenting loads within 24 business hours.
What information do I need to get started?+
We need your MC number, insurance certificate, W-9, equipment details (truck and trailer type), and your preferred lanes or regions.

Which equipment types do you support?+
We focus on dry van, reefer, and flatbed/step-deck equipment for carriers across the USA.
Do you dispatch nationwide or only certain regions?+
We dispatch loads across the entire USA. We work with you to find freight that fits your preferred lanes and home time requirements.
Can you help with specialized freight or permits?+
For flatbed and step-deck carriers, we can help coordinate permits and special requirements. Let us know your equipment capabilities during signup.
Operations & Communication
Do you handle broker communication and check calls?+
Yes. We manage broker calls, updates, and appointment details so you can stay focused on the road.
How do you communicate load details?+
We send clear dispatch sheets with all load details including pickup/delivery times, addresses, rates, and any special requirements.
What hours are you available for support?+
We provide 24/7 dispatch support. Trucking doesn't stop, and neither do we.
Pricing & Payments
How does your pricing work?+
We offer percentage-based pricing (5-10% of gross) and flat weekly fees. The right model depends on your volume and preferences.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?+
No. Our pricing is transparent with no signup fees, admin fees, or hidden charges. We only earn when you earn.
Can you work with my factoring company?+
Yes. We coordinate paperwork with your factoring provider so your invoices are processed smoothly and you get paid faster.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. You can stop using our dispatch service at any time. We aim to earn your business on every single load.
